FAQ
QUESTIONS?
How are players grouped?
We group players based on their ability and development level rather than strictly by age. This ensures each player is training at a level that is appropriate for them and that they’re challenged. Our coaches will assess the player's current skills, game understanding and overall development, and place them in the group that we feel is the best fit. Players can also move between groups as they progress throughout the term.
How does the Year-End Masterclass registration work?
Choose your preferred masterclass dates and submit the form. Elevate will review the registration and send an invoice with payment instructions. The masterclass runs from 23–25 November 2026 at OCBC Arena Hall 3. Day 1 and Day 2 run from 4:30pm to 6:45pm; Day 3 runs from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
Do I pay when I submit the registration?
No. Submit the registration form first. Elevate will review the details, confirm the applicable fees and send an invoice with payment instructions. Please wait for the invoice before making payment.
Can I register for a prorated term?
Yes, where applicable. Select “Prorated” and provide the relevant information. Elevate will determine the adjustment before invoicing.
How do new players register?
All new players joining Elevate’s term training for the first time will start with our 4-session trial package. During the trial, our coaches will assess the player’s current ability, skills and game understanding to determine the most suitable training group for them. If they enjoy the sessions and would like to continue with Elevate, they can then register for the remaining sessions of the term.
